Please review the requirements to ensure that your application is submitted correctly.

• Everyone over the age of 18 must fill out an application.
• The application fee is $25.00 per application.
• Incomplete applications can’t be processed.
• Please provide a copy of a government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport)  for each application.
• Please provide proof of income for each applicant (pay stub, benefits statement, etc).
• Please complete the Rental Verification Form and Landlord Release of Information (if applicable).
• Please return a signed copy of the rental verification form.
